This policy explains what personal data Kele Media Ltd. collects through kelemedia.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

Who we are

Kele Media Ltd. (“we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data described here. We are operated by AJPartners Ltd.

What we collect

When you use the contact form

We collect the name, email address and subject you enter, plus the message if you write one. Alongside these we record the time of submission, the page you submitted from, your IP address and any campaign parameters present in the URL when you arrived (for example utm_source or gclid). We keep that context so we can tell where an enquiry came from and evidence that you submitted it.

When you simply browse

Our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for security and abuse prevention. If you accept cookies, our analytics and advertising tags may also set identifiers in your browser.

Cookies and similar technologies

Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary is set until you choose. Analytics and advertising storage start in a denied state and are only enabled if you accept them in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named km_consent for six months. You can change it at any time using the Manage cookies link in the footer.

Rejecting optional cookies does not stop the contact form from working — a message you deliberately send us is processed on its own basis, separate from any marketing tag.

Who we share it with

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and the anti-bot check on our form.
• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox as email.
• Google — tag management, analytics and advertising measurement, only where you have consented.
• Professional advisers, and public authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers process data outside the UK and EEA; where they do, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, and for as long as we are required to keep it by law. What that means in practice depends on the data: an enquiry and the correspondence that follows are kept while a relationship with you is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick the conversation back up and keep a record of what was agreed; server and security logs are kept for the shorter periods our hosting and security needs call for; analytics data is kept for the window configured in the analytics platform.

We review what we hold from time to time, and when data is no longer needed for any of these purposes we delete it or anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked to you.

Your rights

Data protection law gives you rights over the personal data we hold about you. Depending on the circumstances, and on why we are processing it, these can include having it corrected or deleted, objecting to or restricting how we use it, and asking us about it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time — that does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these, or if you have a question about this policy, get in touch through our contact form and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm who you are, or ask for more detail, before we can act on a request, and some rights apply only in certain circumstances. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise it with the data protection authority in the country where you live.
